We do not ask you to commit to a huge project up front. After a short call, we walk through a normal week with you and pick the smallest piece that will make a real difference. That first phase gets a fixed price in writing, starting from £999.
We build it, bring in your existing records, and test it on real work with you before it goes live. Once you are using it, we look at what comes next. Each later phase is priced before it starts, so you always know where you stand. Small improvements along the way are covered by the £79 monthly fee.
A system is most useful when it talks to the tools you already rely on. We connect to accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks and FreeAgent, calendars, payment providers, e-signature services, and your online store, where those tools allow it.
Some tools do not let other systems connect, or charge extra for it. Before we quote, we check what each of your tools allows and tell you plainly. Where a link is not possible, we give you a clean export instead, so nothing has to be typed twice.
Your system lives on your own website behind a private login that needs a one-time code. It is hosted securely on an encrypted connection and backed up daily. Each member of staff has their own login, and you decide what each person can see.
Your data stays yours. You can export it as a spreadsheet whenever you like, and if you ever stop, we give you a full export before anything is switched off.
