- Is ad spend included?
- No. Management starts from £99 a month. What you spend on the ads is paid straight to Google or Meta, and you choose the budget.
- Which is better, Google or Facebook ads?
- Google is best for people already searching for what you do. Facebook and Instagram are best for offers and building demand. Many local businesses use both.
- How will I know if the ads work?
- Calls, bookings and orders are tracked, and each month you get a plain report of what you spent and what it brought in.
- How much should I spend on ads?
- It depends on your area, what you sell and how much competition there is. We talk it through on the first call and suggest a starting budget we think is enough to learn from. You stay in control and can change it whenever you like.
- How soon will I know if the ads work?
- Google search ads can bring in clicks soon after they are approved. Knowing whether they pay takes longer, because the ads need enough data to judge. We tell you in each monthly report what we have learned and what we are changing.
- Do I keep my ad accounts if I stop?
- Your ad spend is paid from your own card to Google or Meta, and the ad accounts are your business's. If you stop working with us, the accounts and their history stay with you.
- Can you take over ads someone else set up?
- Yes. We start by looking at what is there: what is being spent, what is tracked and what is working. Then we suggest what to keep, fix or stop before changing anything.
- Will you post on my Facebook and Instagram?
- Advertising management covers paid ads, not day-to-day posts. On the Fully managed plan we post to your Google Business Profile and reply to reviews, and we can talk about social posting separately.
- What if I get too busy?
- Tell us and we turn the ads down or pause them. There is no point paying for enquiries you cannot take, and there is no long contract tying you to a spend.
