A CRM for restaurants, private dining and catering
Table bookings, private events, catering orders and regulars in one place, with allergies and dietary needs carried from the booking to the kitchen.
- Free first call, no obligation
- A fixed price for each step
- Built around how you work
Where the week goes.
- Bookings in four placesPhone, the booking book, Instagram messages and a booking platform. Someone has to bring them together before service, and mistakes happen.
- No-shows on busy nightsA large table does not turn up on a Friday and the covers are lost. Without a deposit or a confirmation, there was no warning.
- Private events in long email threadsMenus, numbers, timings, deposits and final changes are spread across weeks of emails. The event sheet for the kitchen is pieced together the day before.
- Allergies lost between booking and kitchenA guest mentions an allergy when they book, but it does not make it onto the sheet the kitchen sees.
- Catering orders and dietary countsCorporate catering orders with delivery times, headcounts and dietary needs come in by email and get copied onto a prep list by hand.

What changes on a normal day.
An example of how the system fits into the day. Yours is built around your own routine.
- 10:00Tonight's bookings are already in one list, including the ones made on your website overnight. The large tables have paid their deposits.
- 11:30A private dining enquiry comes in. You send a proposal with menus from the event record, and the deposit link goes with it.
- 14:00Tomorrow's catering orders have produced a prep list with headcounts and dietary needs for each order.
- 17:00Front of house prints the service sheet. Allergies from the bookings are on it, next to the right tables.
- 22:30A table that did not show is marked as a no-show, so you know next time they book.

Restaurants and catering: questions about a custom system
- How much does a restaurant or catering CRM cost?
- Systems start from £999 to build, plus £79 a month for hosting, security, daily backups and small improvements. A fixed price follows a short call. Table bookings with deposits, or private events, are common first steps.
- Do I need to stop using my booking platform?
- No. If your booking platform works well for tables, keep it. A custom system often makes most sense for the parts those platforms do not handle well, such as private events and catering orders, and we can link to your platform where it allows.
- Can I take deposits only for some bookings?
- Yes. You set the rules, for example for groups above a certain size or for particular nights, and deposits are taken through a payment provider when the guest books.
- Does it make sure allergies are handled properly?
- It carries the information from the booking to the service and kitchen sheets and keeps it on the guest's record. It supports your allergen procedures; it does not replace them, and the kitchen still checks with the guest.
- Who owns the guest list?
- You do. Everything in the system is your business's data. You can export it as a spreadsheet whenever you like, and if you ever leave, you take a full export with you.
- Would a restaurant booking app be enough?
- For table bookings alone, often yes, and we will say so. A custom system is worth it when you also run private events, catering or a second business and want everything, including your guest list, in one place you control.
