A CRM for wholesale and retail: stock, suppliers, trade
Stock, suppliers, trade customers and orders in one place, whether they come from your shop, your website, a trade login or a phone call.
- Free first call, no obligation
- A fixed price for each step
- Built around how you work
Where the week goes.
- Stock that does not matchThe website says it is in stock, the shelf says it is not. Stock moves between the shop, the website and the stockroom, and the numbers drift apart.
- Trade orders by WhatsApp and emailTrade customers order by text, email and phone, each with their own prices. Someone types every order up again before it can be picked.
- Reordering too lateYou notice a best-seller is low when a customer asks for it. Supplier lead times mean it will be a while before it is back.
- Credit accounts and statementsTrade customers on account, each with their own terms. Statements are produced by hand and overdue balances are chased when someone remembers.
- Picking and delivery runsOrders are printed, picked and loaded from a list on paper, and delivery runs are planned from memory.
The parts of your system.

What changes on a normal day.
An example of how the system fits into the day. Yours is built around your own routine.
- 7:30Trade orders placed overnight through the trade login are waiting, each at that customer's prices.
- 9:00Pick lists are printed for the morning's orders, grouped by delivery run.
- 11:00The reorder list shows what has dropped below its level. You turn it into purchase orders for each supplier.
- 14:00A delivery comes in and is checked against the purchase order. Stock updates on the website and in the shop together.
- Month endStatements go to trade accounts, and reminders go to anyone past their terms.

Wholesale and retail: questions about a custom system
- How much does a stock and trade system cost?
- Systems start from £999 to build, plus £79 a month for hosting, security, daily backups and small improvements. A fixed price follows a short call. Many businesses start with stock and trade orders, then add purchasing.
- Can it keep stock in step with Shopify?
- Shopify lets other systems read orders and update stock, so in most set-ups, yes. We confirm how your store is set up before quoting.
- Will it connect to my till?
- It depends on the till. Some EPOS systems let other systems read sales and update stock, and some do not. We check yours before we quote and tell you honestly what is possible.
- Can trade customers order online at their own prices?
- Yes. Each trade customer logs in and sees their own price list, minimum order and account balance, then orders straight into the system.
- Who owns the data?
- You do. Everything in the system is your business's data. You can export it as a spreadsheet whenever you like, and if you ever leave, you take a full export with you.
- Is there ready-made stock software that would do this?
- Yes, there are good stock and order tools, and if you sell through one shop and one website, one of those may be enough. Custom is worth it when you mix trade and retail, have your own way of pricing, or need it to fit with a workshop or other business system.
